Department of forging and pressing equipment
The department in collaboration with leading manufacturersof pressing facility offers the following equipment and services:
• Delivery of forging presses, including the chief-installation, start-up and ramp-up, commissioning, project management, funding of supplies
• Die forging presses for aluminum, titanium and steel alloys
• Crank presses
• Forging and swage hammers
• Extruders
Complex supply of automated forging assemblies based on hydraulic forging presses, including:
• Rail and wheel manipulators
• Lifting and rotary tables
• Rotary forging tables
• Complete software linkage (press-manipulator assembly) to ensure automatic / semi-automatic forging
Modernization of forging and pressing equipment:
• Modernization of hydraulic systems
• Forging, coining presses, forging hammers
• Delivery of spare parts and special components
• Customer service and training
• Designing of individual nodes of presses
• Modernization of electrical part of automatic technological process control systems.
